This list concerns specific requirements for entry through customs of the destination country. These can be obtained from the country’s customs website or from a printed or online commercial source such as Croner’s Reference Book for Exporters.

• All necessary import or export licences have been obtained, completed, and attached.
• Any licences or permits bear the required official seals or stamps.
• Marine/cargo insurance is valid and declared.
• Inspection: types of, requirements for passing, and any additional details.
• All necessary documentation is attached and accurately completed.
• Inclusion on the relevant forms of statements describing any commissions or discounts.
