Agile In Kaizen
Agile stakeholder management has a role to play in kaizen.
Constant change/improvement (kaizen) creates more market-responsive organisations that are more competitive (Miller et al., 2014, inter alios). The achievement of kaizen requires projects and change events (linear systems) to be replaced by agile cultures (circular, learning systems). Stakeholder management must be as agile as the organization that it supports.
Kaizen is constant improvement, which is never ending positive, adaptive change. Such a system requires a flexible, always-on approach to stakeholder management. Cloud-enabled AI could identify and group stakeholders, creating relevant registers according to change events. Stakeholders can then be managed through the AI production of targetted, informationally appropriate communications.
