Depicted here is the zone of influence and convergence envisaged as the theoretical outcome of my PhD research: Global Supply Chain Risk Management resides in the intersection of theories of FDI and the MNE/international strategy and business continuity.

GCSRM also bridges the two larger spheres theoretical spheres by providing practical solutions and philosophies that draw upon the techniques and tools of supply chain management. GSCRM accounts for the complications inflicted by geographical and cultural distance and thus facilitates FDI and cross-border integration by providing models for international risk management.
